PARTNER SETTINGS · ADVISORY DEPTH
Advisory Levels
Govern the three assessment depths used by Question Banks. Question limits flow into both manual and AI authoring, and completion-time estimates update as you change the ranges.
Completion time is an estimate based on the configured average seconds per question. Actual assessment time can vary by question type and respondent context. Maximum question counts must increase from Executive Quick to Detailed to In-depth.

Model details
Give the framework a clear purpose. These details will be visible when an assessment author selects a maturity model.
Design principle A maturity model defines what good looks like. Assessment questions are built separately and will map back to these dimensions and maturity levels.
Maturity scale
Define a consistent five-level language for the framework. Level names are fully configurable.

Scoring & interpretation
Select an approved organisation scoring policy, then calibrate how this maturity model translates numeric results into maturity levels. Published versions retain the exact policy version used.
Deterministic scoring
Version history
Published versions are immutable snapshots. Create a new version by cloning the latest published model into a new editable draft.
How versioning works Use a minor version for incremental changes such as wording, criteria or weighting. Use a major version when the framework changes materially, for example a significant redesign of dimensions or scope. Existing assessments remain linked to the exact version they were created against.
QUESTION BANK
